 Our Green contribution
All of the lighting has been converted to use low energy light bulbs including outside lights and spot lights. Recycling is high on the priority list with the following items being recycled: glass, cardboard, paper, plastic, tins and cans. With the aim of driving down the pub's carbon footprint as low as possible all ingredients (meat, vegetables, fish, ice cream), fire wood and regular real ales are sourced locally to ensure the minimum distances travelled.
